Juan advertised the car we ourchased on car guru for supposedly another dealer Universal Motors we purchased the car full price the car was not working from day one several problems with it the transmission wasn't working properly the radio wasn't working the horn wasn't working the back window wasn't working several other items they took the car fixed three items on it after they promise to fix everything the car has had multiple issues constantly breaking down and when we try to call Juan and his buddy Conrad neither would... read more
Thought I had a good deal, and now I have to trade the car in because only a dealership will take the car. Did not do a Carfax and found out that the car was in 5 accidents. Juan never offered that information but was asking top dollar for the car. Not an honest dealership. Beware!!
