I came to this place so I can get my BMW fix, I been having problems finding someone in Kokomo. This place is Awsome and the mechanic these guys are the best
They've taken great care of my mother's car in the past, so I took mine here and it was super fast and reasonably priced! If more spooky dashboards lights come up, I'll check here first.
I was looking for a local shop to perform work and service on my BMW. I did not have much luck until I called Southside Auto. I can’t say enough about this place. They have excellent customer service and do quality work. They quickly diagnosed my issue and called the same day I dropped it off and explained everything to me. While my vehicle was fixed as it should be for the money I paid… their staff is absolutely ridiculous. After my car being there for the week they estimated it would take I called and needed a date when it would be back. The guy I talked to was so damn rude he decided to tell me I could come pick it up in pieces and he didn’t care. I’m glad my car is fixed. But as a single mom I’d definitely suggest you don’t go through them. Because what would I have done if I had to actually pick it up in pieces. Disgusting customer service... read more
