Excellent work completed in a timely manner. The mechanic, Roy, was able to diagnose the issue with my wife's car and fixed it within the promised timeframe. He only uses genuine manufacturer's parts to ensure the job gets done right the first time. I will definitely take our Honda back to this shop for any future repairs.
0/10 – RUN. DO NOT WALK. This is hands-down the worst automotive experience I’ve ever had. I brought my car in for a simple diagnostic and instead got days of incompetence, excuses, and outright disrespect. They repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue, contradicted themselves nonstop, and kept my car for days while apparently doing nothing of value.
