Dr. Alex Lambert and his staff are amazing. I was a little scared going to the chiropractor for the first time but Dr. Lambert is very patient and takes his time to explain everything he will do. Now I go every month and can’t imagine how I survived so long without going regularly for adjustments. The office is clean and well managed. If you are looking for a new chiropractor or would like to get a consultation and adjustment for the first time I highly recommend South Shore Health and Wellness!

Dr. Lambert is so amazing! I came in initially for an old break in my wrist that was hurting during working out. I've come back with broken toes and a sprained ankle. The shockwave and laser are amazing! Each injury got significantly better with the treatments.
