They throw a used paint stick on the floor and leave layers of paint etched in the concrete. Then they decide to paint over it to hide it. We found open water bottles behind dry wall. They tried to hide a bow in the wall by placing an oven in front of the defect during our final walk through. When it comes to absolute useless , incompetent , losers , nobody holds a candle to Phil Sherman of Dr. horton.
Nice homes
To be fair, the majority of this review is in response to the builder. We like the design of the townhomes. The block construction on both floors is awesome. The modern LED lighting is bright yet cost effective. The light switches are easily changed to smart switches. The community is nice and quiet. And we have had a very positive experience with the staff, feeling Marty and CJ have fought for us through everything else that will be mentioned here. Worst company ever.. They will do anything to keep your earnest money 🤑.. Their realtor Elizabeth told us that it was better to get the loan from the builder with misleading incentives than the previous lender we already had what a mistake 😔. As a first time home buyer when we were way down the process that's when she told us they will need to source the Earnest money which was 12000.
