it seems like a very old and dated condo or apartment complex but it also seems quiet and maintained
Steer clear of this place. RATS...RATS...RATS. The owner knows there is a rat infestation, but does nothing about it. Shameful!
When I moved into #409 in 2017 the complex was in good shape and rent for a 1 bedroom was $625. Over 7 years the owner's son has blamed residents for poorly maintained washers and dryers, cut back pest spray from monthly to quarterly, allowed loud and sometimes aggressive tenants to stay, and raised the rent every year but one, but not to every tenant.
