We started seeing Dr. Farnsworth about 4 years ago when our daughter was 5. She had experienced oral trauma requiring surgery at Primary's and traumatic dental experiences with our last pediatric dentist where she had teeth extracted before she was numb. We searched high and low for a provider who understood these traumatic experiences and who was willing to work through them with us. I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else. They are patient, kind, and very good at what they do.
I am torn with how I feel about Southridge. My kids always had a decent time there considering and liked the Drs. My daughter had work done there in November. I had to jump through hoops to get my insurance changed to one they accepted. Then I don’t get a bill from them for months. No phone call nothing. Then when I get the bill nothing was covered by the insurance. So while I am dealing with that I get a mother letter saying they sent my file to collections.
