We used to really love this office. The front staff is amazing and so are the hygienists, which is the only reason this is 2 stars. We recently came in to have a few cavities filled and left feeling very frustrated. Yes, my child is emotional. Yes, he was scared. Yes, he cried and freaked out a bit. He is a CHILD. I just don’t feel that any of that is justification for being rough or for the snarky rude comments we received from Dr. Roth. The entire staff ensured my son was comfortable and felt safe and heard during his appointment. They all truly care and it means everything to me that they made sure that my son had the best experience. Highly recommend Southridge!
