I just so happend to go in for a visit in late 2006 and was told about a bill from early 2005 that was never sent to me. It had been 1yr and 10 months and this "BILL" was not paid for and when I inquired why I was not made aware of this bill I was given attitude as if I was too cheap to pay it.
