The staff and midwives are truly incredible. No negative things to say there. But for every appointment I’m waiting 30-60 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. It’s frustrating.
Office staff is unhelpful. They rescheduled the same appointment 3 times at the last minute. I ended up finding a new PCP because I was tired of them not working with me. This never happened when my doctor was at the West Jordan clinic. The providers are great though.
They charge over $400 for an eye prescription! Nobody charges that much, total ripoff. What a bunch of crooks, they screwed me big time. Shocked by huge bill and when I tried to get financial help, nobody cared in the slightest.
I liked and appreciated the ease of access, parking, and directions in finding the correct office. The people were very nice, and I even got called back before I was done checking in. I ended up paying my copay when I came back out instead, but I didn't mind a bit. The ladies and I had a nice chat about our favorite books. :) Overall, a very positive experience. :)
