Contractors making tons of noise past 6pm to remove the ASBESTOS from the unit below me. At no point was I made aware of an asbestos hazard in the building. They also entered my apartment and tore up my bed to check for bed bugs and pests, didn't notify me that they were doing this. If the rent is appealing to you, be patient, this place is not worth it.

Worse apartment, smells so bad. Maintenance does not come to fix your apartment issues. They come whenever they want, that does not very helpful. I think paying for garbage apartments.
When they removed the old ac unit, a bunch of dust, dirt, and debris fell out of the inset where it was installed, and as they carried the old unit out, a bunch of water leaked all over the floor. They didn't clean either mess. Also, they came the day after the date stated on the notice of entry, with no other notice of entry form, and no call in advance.
