Older, yes, but cinder block construction, def more fire resistant than new apartments.
I recently moved into this apartment and the landlord has been super kind and accommodating. Any concerns I’ve brought to his attention was immediately answered and coordinated in a timely manner. So far, I enjoy the place, it’s nice and quiet.
The building isn’t terrible, typical apartment. Everything works as it should, no issues with my apartment. The property manager sumeet was great with helping me get ready for move in, answered all my questions quickly and professionally, explained everything in the lease to me, overall was a good move in experience because of sumeet.
