Worse apartment, smells so bad. Maintenance does not come to fix your apartment issues. They come whenever they want, that does not very helpful. I think paying for garbage apartments.

When they removed the old ac unit, a bunch of dust, dirt, and debris fell out of the inset where it was installed, and as they carried the old unit out, a bunch of water leaked all over the floor. They didn't clean either mess. Also, they came the day after the date stated on the notice of entry, with no other notice of entry form, and no call in advance. Absolute joke. Was warned not to rent from AL but didn’t listen, but ya’ll were right! My bedroom ceiling started leaking after a rainfall and haven’t heard anything from them since the day I called in initially. Called every day since and still nothing. Bedroom/bathroom breaker has been off for 10 days now as water was leaking onto exposed cords in the light fixture. This is the worst managed building I've ever been in. Kids are running up and down the halls, garbage from other people's suites pours into common areas and off their patios, and nobody seems to mind. Trying to get a lease take over takes weeks because the management genuinely doesn't care. Flooring had a NAIL sticking through it, which punctured roommates foot, it took days to hear from management. Police and there constantly. Gunshots. Drugs. Violence. Save yourself. Live in a box, it's better than here.
