The building isn’t terrible, typical apartment. Everything works as it should, no issues with my apartment. The property manager sumeet was great with helping me get ready for move in, answered all my questions quickly and professionally, explained everything in the lease to me, overall was a good move in experience because of sumeet.
Great service and great staff
Contractors making tons of noise past 6pm to remove the ASBESTOS from the unit below me. At no point was I made aware of an asbestos hazard in the building. They also entered my apartment and tore up my bed to check for bed bugs and pests, didn't notify me that they were doing this. If the rent is appealing to you, be patient, this place is not worth it.
