My kids an I just moved in. We love it. The manger is awesome! Its quit here. I went through the apartment. We just loved it!

Neighbor has puked over the balcony a couple times now. People are arguing at all hours of the night and tearing through the parking lot despite the knowledge that kids live here too. A pipe broke at 4pm yesterday, and while they are working on it today, at least four buildings are still without water. We were told the office bathrooms would be open, but when I went up there, there were "Employees Only" signs on the door. And the rec room ceiling was leaking.
ttis good place to live but they rents now going to be come reddeclious they want 980 .a month ffro apartment that Olympic maagment thinks they are the cheepist around not true I found tow places in the Olympia that wrre 359 bucks cheeper where they do there servays I have no clue but like said iam cuerlty looking some place cheeper then Olympic hights
