the maintanence man bob refuses to do daily maintenence. the manager roxanne thinks its ok for maintenence to leave 4-5 inches of feces and trash in the pet disposal units and cover it with a bag. they have severe issue with swampy moist grass and areas of massive standing water outside and behind builings. they block the fire exit of the property with a dumpster that should be in 1570 with all their trash not in 1550. and cover the path with furniture and wood. during the winter maintenence refused to shovel and salt the pa... read more

There is no parking for visitors and the kitchens have no appliances, no microwave, no garbage disposal. The worst part is, I lived at Southridge for a 18 months and kept my apartment immaculate. I left everything the way it was when I moved out. Southridge sent my a bill for over $1400 for new carpet, cleaning fees and mini-blinds. When I left the carpet was PERFECT, no stains and no smells. They claim there was a "slight" smell so without any notice or even giving me a chance to have a carpet cleaning company fix any suppo... read more
