Horrible customer service.... if you drop a truck off here be prepared to have to drive there if you have questions about whats going on. Called every department several times and was passed around on hold. Ended up call the sales department to get ahold of service yet again the gentleman said a manager would call and NOTHING. Ended up going back and picking up the truck. Ended up going to The Peterbilt
