NOTICE TO PUBLIC I had a bad experience at the "SOUTHPORT SMOG & REPAIR" located at the Arco Station, on the corner of Jefferson and 15th Street. They have LOST their star rating due to misconduct and illegal activity (as stated by the owner/partner) and would not honor my FREE RETEST as originally promised. THey actually laughed at me when I told them that I would post their behavior and wanted to charge me another $29.95 to retest.
