Nick the owner was very helpful in working through options and pricing. Appreciated the no pressure sales. Large selection to choose from but by Nick asking the right questions we were able to narrow down to a final selection quickly.
We recently had an emergency, with the upcoming wedding of our son. When we went to take our patio furniture out, we found that mice had buried in and nested in our pillows! I have been a customer of Southport Outdoor Living for several years now and the primary reason I keep going back (despite the 45 minute highway drive to get there) is top-notch customer service. This year, we needed to replace the canopy of our 13-year old cantilever umbrella. Southport Outdoor is a great place to shop for mid- to high-end patio furniture. Big showroom, great selection. Best of all - ask for Assistant Manager Alexus, who was super-helpful in honing in on what would work for us, and for our budget.
