This company manages our condo units. We are owners and I found a dead rat right by water turn on. I informed the on site maintenance man Carlos and I pointed it out to him. He said he would remove it. This was on Sunday 11/4/18 at 8:00 am. When I got up on Monday it was still there. I called Southport management and had Kelly come out.
