We totally forgot to get my husband’s truck inspected as we were dealing with some health issues when it came due. I walked into Southport Quick Lube and Ashley was very kind and understanding. She fit us right in and the mechanic thoroughly checked everything. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and all the other clients seemed happy & welcoming. We were in and out in under an hour. I’m not usually a reviewer.I take my good or bad experience and live with it. But to be interrupted and honestly disrespected (what I’m assuming was because of my age) is not ok. I’m not a come in and be rude person, I’ll take almost anything with a smile. But today was not ok! I’ve come to this place the past two years never had a problem with my tint. Just an oil change. Place was packed, I'm told it usually is. I was in and out in 45 min. Both front staff and the tech were very friendly, especially the tech. Will 100% return. Did 100% synthetic oil.
Went by this morning early for an oil change and NC inspection. Read this sign on the door that said they no longer just do inspections. You have to buy something to get the inspection. To the right of this sign there was also a post it note that said, "Sorry No Inspections At This Time". Even though they were not open yet, employees were working. I saw one sitting in a bay. Without entering I inquired if they were doing inspections. He kinda' acted like I insulted him. He basically repeated the diatribe on the door notice. ... read more
