I would not recommend here they hired the rent & my building is infested with roaches they are everywhere. I can’t wait to move out!

Walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear everything. You also better hope you don’t get stuck with loud neighbors. Management requires all noise complaints to be reported and handled by the police instead of taking care of it themselves. You can send all the video evidence of the noises you want, but it won’t help and management won’t do a thing. Ive never lost so much sleep in my life. Worst sound insulation of any apartment I've been in. If you've ever wanted to know every movement of your upstairs neighbors, then this is the place for you. If you want your schedule to be entirely dictated by whoever lives above you then this is the place for you. Sound cuts through floors like a knife in hot butter, and I'm hard of hearing! Management requires us to call the police for all noise complaints since they seem incapable of wanting to resolve issues themselves. As a person with ptsd I cannot recommend these apartments to any vet or anyone who suffers with this diagnosis.

I live in the cascades apartments and it’s a really nice place! The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family. It’s always peaceful and quiet in the building as well. Maintenance is reliable and punctual in their responses to any issues we have had. The only thing I don’t like about living here is being on the third floor, and there’s no elevator in the building. But on the bright side I get lots of exercise with two dogs who need to go outside multiple times a day! All in all I highly recommend living here!
