Clean environment, friendly staff and private rooms
Nurses aids are terrible only a few care about the patients.patients call light are ignored aides are rude sometimes mean and no one in charge seems to care. patients only can have one cup of coffee and must wait until 7:30 8:00 o’clock.staff only can have coffee.i am a patient.
In all a nice place, but my mother had a beautiful crocheted blanket and it came up missing. Totally upset me as I (her daughter) made it for her.
Please do not send your loved ones here. My mother was in there, and I got her out of there as soon as possible. They would forget her on her bedpan and soaking in her urine for over an hour. They would forget to feed her. They gave her 1 shower in over 2 weeks. They would even yell at her about her needing her medication. I also believe they stole her pills. They would never give her the full amount of pills that she was supposed to have, and then they sent her home without the full amount of pills that she was supposed to ... read more
My mother has had spine, hip, and ankle surgery to recover from a car wreck from long ago. She's been in and out of hospitals and rehab off and on for years, and they sent her here recently since she had gotten weak following a stint in the hospital with infections. While she was there, they threatened to take her off of pain medicine, gave her antibiotics late every day after she begged them multiple times to give it to her at 5pm like the doctor ordered.
