Bit of an old place. Prices go up quickly. Dated Kitchens even in "renovated units." The patio's look Rickety but are sturdy. Maintenance/Brandon was also quick to fix any issues. I enjoyed my 2 years though! Never any issues with management. Great area and kind neighbors.

We lived at SouthPointe for 4 years and really felt safe and enjoyed it. The staff is incredible, and they put on fun events each month that were awesome. It’s pet friendly, and the washer and dryer in unit was a plus. With that being said, your rent will go up at least 50 dollars each year, with no improvement to your unit and little improvement to the outside. I cannot wait to leave this apartment complex.. they can’t cut grass in the winter.. in the summer they did everyday disturbing the peace now it’s winter.. they can’t cut grass what they do instead? Get someone with a leaf blower for 4 hours in the morning I’m so annoyed with being over here

Brandon installed my new toilet and he did an awesome job. He is the best!
