Ready to move, paying alot for old appliances. A lot of bugs from entrance of door, people drive fast in the parking lot almost about to hit you, 1 bedroom is just not worth 1100 I’m paying
Ineffective management and a whole lot of lip service. Wish I would have read the reviews more closely. I cannot wait to leave this place, counting the days. Literally.
Moved in few days ago but the place is promising to be home away from home.
This place is decent enough but 10/10 would not recommend if you don’t like smoking. They allow smoking indoors and it transfers into other’s apartments. I asked several times and always was told that they do not prohibit smoking indoors. The tenant upstairs smoked so much that my clothes in the downstairs unit smelled of cigarettes. The appliances are also too outdated to justify the rent increases. The one good thing is the in unit washer and dryer
