I love Missouri! Best apartment to live at in the Sappington area. Beautiful grounds, shady areas with tons of trees which makes this place feel cool! Everything is put together , no issues. Best school districts, and plenty of places to visit within walking distance.
Our maintenance man ,Brandon came and fixed our dishwasher. Works like new . He is great, and so is Ricky. Both very talented. Great crew. Had 7 issues in 6 weeks. Everything fixed to perfection.
Our maintenance man came and fixed our ceiling fan light fixture, and made sure our wash machine was working properly . Responded quickly. Brandon was Very professional. We will miss Maddie
Shortly after we moved into our gorgeous apartment home our hall closet according door fell off track. Then my ever so wonderful, always trying to help, albeit clumsy hubby broke our dryer vent attempting to help me clean it out. Maddie came running right over and attempted time and time to put back together and when she could not she sent Ricky right over. I have lived at South Pointe Apartments coming up on 4 years and the only reason I am not continuing my lease is due to location. I have had an amazing experience living here at South Pointe and I am honestly sad to leave this amazing complex. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful- Amanda & Maddie light up the leasing office and COMMUNICATE with their tenants.
