I cannot wait to leave this apartment complex.. they can’t cut grass in the winter.. in the summer they did everyday disturbing the peace now it’s winter.. they can’t cut grass what they do instead? Get someone with a leaf blower for 4 hours in the morning I’m so annoyed with being over here
We love living here and the friends we've made. Every time I've needed help Brandon is so quick to respond and fix as needed. He's amazing
Brandon installed my new toilet and he did an awesome job. He is the best!
Southpointe's staff was really great to work with. I had to scramble to find a place last minute across state lines and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed to get moved in ASAP, including getting a unit ready for me. Very helpful and friendly staff. Apartments are nice and have just about everything you could need.
I felt very fortunate to get this modern lower apartment in the back. It is very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The place is very well kept and the service great. Had a wash machine go out recently and told the staff of my problem, and they were on it! They had there maintenance manager Brandon looking at it with in 2 days. He found the problem and informed he would need to order a part. The next day he reached out and was kind of disappointed, he told me that the turn around for the part could be anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 ... read more
