My husband and I just moved to Southpointe apartments and we are very pleased and happy that we made that decision. Amanda Pickering (Property Manager) and Maddie Kaye (Leasing Consultant) are very helpful, knowledgeable, great, accommodating. They always go our of their way to make us feel right at home.
Maddie and Kirsten in the office are amazing. 10 out of 10. I would recommend stopping by for all of your apartment needs.
I rented an apartment at Southpointe for a year and had a mostly positive experience. The staff are awesome - so nice and so responsive. Every email was answered promptly, and the few maintenance requests I submitted were resolved satisfactorily within a day or two. The community was nice and respectful. My unit was cleaned well at move in, I was happy with all services provided. I liked living at south pointe, the management is really friendly, the area is quite, overall I had a great time. No complaints from me.
I have lived at South Pointe for 3 1/2 years. . It’s my first time living in an apartment. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved in. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They always get to finding any problems you report in your apartment the same day or within 24 hours. The office staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. They plan fun activities and always take suggestions into consideration. If you have any problems, they handle it right away. The fitness center, dog park, and pool are a plus.
