Southpointe's staff was really great to work with. I had to scramble to find a place last minute across state lines and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed to get moved in ASAP, including getting a unit ready for me. Very helpful and friendly staff. Apartments are nice and have just about everything you could need.
I felt very fortunate to get this modern lower apartment in the back. It is very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The place is very well kept and the service great. Had a wash machine go out recently and told the staff of my problem, and they were on it! They had there maintenance manager Brandon looking at it with in 2 days. He found the problem and informed he would need to order a part. Living at South Pointe has been a great experience so far! The location is super convenient, close to everything I need and the community itself is quiet, clean, and well taken care of. I did have a minor issue with my AC, but maintenance came right over and fixed it quickly, which really impressed me. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I’ve felt comfortable and safe here since day one. Overall, I’ve loved living in this community and would definitely recommend it to others!
I love Missouri! Best apartment to live at in the Sappington area. Beautiful grounds, shady areas with tons of trees which makes this place feel cool! Everything is put together , no issues. Best school districts, and plenty of places to visit within walking distance.
Our maintenance man ,Brandon came and fixed our dishwasher. Works like new . He is great, and so is Ricky. Both very talented. Great crew. Had 7 issues in 6 weeks. Everything fixed to perfection.
