I‘ve become use to having less than stellar experiences here but today was the final straw. I had a scheduled appointment for a very simple tire swap. It took just under TWO AND A HALF HOURS! On top of that when I get my car back my mask is missing. The service rep, Calvin, was amazing and gave me two of his own, but it’s the principle of the matter that a service that shouldn’t take that long did and A THIEF TOOK MY MASK!
