Awful building. Price is ridiculously high @1700$ for a 1 bedroom and no parking. Super small too and outdated. The floors are crooked and make noises when you walk around the building or your own apartment. The floors are so bad in my kitchen that there's cracking right down the middle of the kitchen. We've had our apartment sprayed for bedbugs twice and it turn our lives upside down, and the bedbugs still keep returning. The maintenance doesn't upkeep the building, there's constantly trash around the bins and the hallways ... read more
Up keep is not taking place at this building. There is alway a huge problem that leads to inconveniences, anguish and faulty tenants that are highly disruptive at all hours of the night.
Hi I don't recommend this place at all. I had mice everywhere and gross carpets. This place always smelled. Bedbugs everywhere and I did not like the management at all. It was an experience I did not like at all. Glad I left.
They never return my calls or emails!!
