Up keep is not taking place at this building. There is alway a huge problem that leads to inconveniences, anguish and faulty tenants that are highly disruptive at all hours of the night.
Hi I don't recommend this place at all. I had mice everywhere and gross carpets. This place always smelled. Bedbugs everywhere and I did not like the management at all. It was an experience I did not like at all. Glad I left.
They never return my calls or emails!!
Best place to live! Friendly and close to everything.
I really enjoyed living at Southpoint Villa. The onsite managers were really friendly, and the building was clean and well kept. It was really close to the highway too which helped with my commute every morning. More of a quiet neighbourhood, if that's what you're looking for I'd recommend living here.
