Major problems in 1 bedroom units. Heat not included elect, windows do not stay closed slide down allowing heat to seep out, Major noise and some bug issues. Lots of immigrants different customs and window peeking. Weekends are noisy in some units building 44 you may wish to stop by on weekend after dark entrances are not locked walk in main entrance and side entrances first and upper floors to hear noise levels.
