Do not rent from this location if you plan on having your items here for greater than 6 months. The company has a policy of reviewing all rates every 6 months and you can expect rate hikes upwards of 50-60%. There is also a $50 access fee for late exit regardless of how close to the time you leave. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Derek is the single most rude, disrespectful and childish employee I’ve ever interacted with. That guy needs to be fired.
