After more than 30 years at this facility, the new ownership has been very disappointing. They quietly added insurance charges to our account for over a year without ever requesting proof of our own coverage, then hit us with a large past-due balance. Even after confirming we carried insurance, management refused to remove the charges. Poor communication and unfair billing, customers deserve better.
