Nice people, we received our good one day before and they did let us get in. That’s what I called great service.
The most awful experience I has ever had with renting a storage unit. I have rented units for the last 10+ years. US Storage took over our local facility in Sept of 2024. I was a loyal renter with previous owners and stayed with the buyout until US Storage raised my rent to astronomical amounts. I recently came back as the had a special. The team was great! They worked with me when I realized I needed a bigger unit and got me situated in no time. Super friendly, professional and helpful!!
Bret is truly incredible! Great costumer service, he’s very professional and thorough! He deserves a raise for all his hard work!!
I came in today to find a unit for a reasonable price and worked with Bret. He was extremely patient and kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Other facilities I’ve looked into the people where rude I was very pleased with Bret’s kindness and professionalism!
