Was treated with common courtesy ,respect,professionalism and clear explanation to the situtaiion, which I was enduring in relations to monthly storage payment misunderatanding. The Asst.Property Manager,Bret Mc Intosh, ,is well beyond deservant of any potential higher position.
Andy was very knowledgeable patient and extremely kind when I came to tour the storage units on May 30,2026. He explained all the pricing and sizes to fit storage needs. So helpful in understanding need for space for medical equipment and a safe way to get it to the unit that is rented top or bottom floor. Thank you SO much Andy!!
Bret is absolutely awesome. He understands his customers and really goes the extra mile. He was under no obligation whatsoever to help me as much as he did, but he did help and in a profound way. I have been a manager in a variety of environments, so I do have some real world knowledge when I say this: this is your guy to give a raise and promotion to.
