Had to shift some things around for the move in due to renovations taking longer, but 90% of everything was ready when I moved in. There were a few things wrong that were fixed quickly, but there’s still a few things wrong that haven’t been acknowledged yet.
After living at Southpoint Apartments for 3 years, I can confidently say this is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. Pool problems: Bathrooms are always locked, so kids are told to pee along the fence in public view. Loud, inconsiderate “pool DJs” blast music. Non-residents hop the fence and trash the area. Poor maintenance of grounds: Landscaping goes untouched for months, bushes block walkways, and dog waste is left everywhere because tenants don’t clean up after pets.
