After living at Southpoint Apartments for 3 years, I can confidently say this is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. Pool problems: Bathrooms are always locked, so kids are told to pee along the fence in public view. Loud, inconsiderate “pool DJs” blast music. Non-residents hop the fence and trash the area. Poor maintenance of grounds: Landscaping goes untouched for months, bushes block walkways, and dog waste is left everywhere because tenants don’t clean up after pets. I will be straightforward and upfront, I called to get some information on the community and see what apartments were available, the leasing agent was very rude and condescending! She began to give me some advice on going a different route and then said, my property wouldn’t be a good for you! Not OKAY! Have some decency!
Rebecca and Heather were amazing, knowledgeable and so helpful. Moving here in our new apartment in a couple weeks and we can't wait!
