I own Smith Automated gates and work on several of their properties. Teresa is awesome to work with and the Associations she represents speak very highly of her. I recommend their services to anyone who may need them.
The owner Eric is a awful person. I rented a hose from him and not one window opens they are all sealed. The air cond wasn't working I called him. He said I had to leave it on 75. When I asked him about fixing this he wrote illegal letter telling me I had to move in 3 days. He is awful. Don't rent from him
Teresa and her team are true professionals. They treat residents with respect and handle our community beautifully.
Very easy and pleasant to deal with. As long as you take care of the property as you should, no one bothers you and everything is good. Have not had any issues in the two and a half years I've been dealing with them. Great people and looking forward to continued business with them!
