I own Smith Automated gates and work on several of their properties. Teresa is awesome to work with and the Associations she represents speak very highly of her. I recommend their services to anyone who may need them.
The owner Eric is a awful person. I rented a hose from him and not one window opens they are all sealed. The air cond wasn't working I called him. He said I had to leave it on 75. When I asked him about fixing this he wrote illegal letter telling me I had to move in 3 days. He is awful. Don't rent from him
