Good service and rates.
I am not happy with new changes to checking account. The bank went from paying a $7.50 Cash Back Reward every month to charging a "maintenance fee" every month. I don't think you should have to pay to bank somewhere.
Just opened my accounts here at the Gardendale branch. Came in a bit late, Carla took care of me 100%, answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. Victory (the teller) was also very helpful and friendly. By the time of this writing I've been at the bank for a week now and have had to call in a couple of times to ask questions and have always been met with the utmost courtesy. Always get great service at Gardendale branch. Helpful, knowledgeable people. And they know our names! Love their on line site, easy to use. Top notch business with friendly employees. And you can get them on the phone easily with out going through a ton of transfers. Been using them for about ten years.
