Needs major improvement When we first rented this apartment we thought it would be a nice secluded apartment. When we moved in, the first night our hotwater heater blew up and we stayed in a hotel. Then we discovered that the apartment had fleas. We had two very small children and it was terrible. We had to have the place sprayed three times.
