This is the only construction team I’ll ever work with! Luis and the Southpaw team are incredible. They helped us renovate our fixer upper in the M Streets area. The project was massive - we tore down walls, pulled up floors, and basically started from scratch. Luis and his team were efficient, transparent, and professional. Luis and the Southpaw Trading team were an absolute joy to work with… Professional, kind, communicative, and responsive are amongst the short list of adjectives that would describe my experience with him. We collaborated on a full down-to-the-studs remodel of a 60s ranch in Kiestwood and the job was completed on time and on budget with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. Incredible GC and builder, highly recommended!

We hired Southpaw for a major renovation on the fixer upper we bought. We had no idea what we got ourselves into, and Luis helped us every step of the way. He was always available to answer our questions or solve an unexpected problem. He was extremely sensitive to our budget and design preferences while also using his expertise to guide our decision making. The entire Southpaw team did excellent work and all were extremely professional. We are in love with our house and couldn't have done it without Southpaw!

I’m glad that Southpaw Trading Co was recommended to me. I needed a bathroom renovation after a burst pipe. Luis and all the crew were easy to work with. They were responsive to questions and good with helpful suggestions. There were details I’d never thought of which made the work even more impressive.
