Nobody likes going to the dentist, but for once I actually look forward to it! The staff are fabulous, Lisa, carrie, not to mention Dr Mollie Griswald! All highly professional, thoughtful, accommodating, friendly and respectful. I have been there quite a lot recently and sometimes there were unexpected extras Dr Griswald had to deal with but she did so with ease and brilliance. Even though I've been going through some extensive and painful dental work, I always enjoy my time at DOC...From the Front Desk staff to the Dental Technicians to the Dentists, everyone is consistently kind, caring and above all, gentle.Looking forward to my next appointment.
It was the best thing I enjoy and I was not happy person about going to the Dentistry but the lady/s made it safe and nice place to be, for me .. I like to thank them and the best Doc. in her work .
I recently needed to switch dentists due to an insurance switch by my company. I value the importance of dental checkups as a part of overall health and was not anxious to make the change but felt that it would be necessary due to coverage.I was delighted to be treated promptly and thoroughly by this new office for me. Exceptional service. No waiting time, focus on patient care and comfort, everything on track and on time with no pain or any other outcomes. Have spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs, and Dr Griswold ranks right up there as one of the best. Thank you!
It was my first visit with DOC and it was wonderful. My hygienist was friendly, personable, and helpful. Also the front desk was very kind and helped me with all of my insurance questions.
Since discovering DOC I have had extensive work done and anticipate additional work before it over. In spite of the frequency of my visits, everyone continues to be warm & welcoming. The staff are wonderful and so very gentle. I actually look forward to my visits even though they are sometimes quite painful. Probably because I know they are using every tool available to make sure the pain is as minimal as possible. Way to go DOC. A client for life :D
