I called with an urgent issue as a pipe burst and was flooding our basement. The woman I spoke with said she’d have someone call me. 9 hours later no call. Very unprofessional, unreliable and extremely frustrating in an emergency situation.

My home is just over 20 years old and in the past year has had some plumbing issues that required some immediate and not so immediate attention. Each time I reached out to Peconic Plumbing and Heating they diligently returned my call and made the necessary repairs. I find them to be fair, timely and professional. They have extended their workday for some emergent situations and I am extremely appreciative of their attention to detail. I highly recommend their services.

I completely agree with the below reviews. This "company" is the worst I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE THEM. I only gave 1 star because it's required. They caused significant damage in my home after attempting to fix the plumbing issues I hired them for, and did not clean up after themselves. They did not actually fix anything, although the billed me as if they did. They caused a pipe to leak in my bathroom that then caused damage to the ceiling, walls and carpet of a basement bedroom. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of this company George is an absolute disaster. His lack of knowledge of plumbing is only surpassed by his complete lack of customer service and his rudeness. Two examples, however I have too many to count, George and team spent hours wandering around my house trying to get my ice maker working on my refrigerator. Whatever you do don't hire them. I took a day our of work after they said they would fit my job in. They came, left to get a part and called to say they were no longer "interested in the job". A simple outdoor shower install. So unbearably rude, they are not fit to be in the service business. Call dinizio plumbing or van netten.
