Terrible management and maintenance Work order put in over a month ago for TERMITE INFESTATION and nothing done yet. Imagine eating your meal before bed for work in the morning to get kicked out the house by a swarm of termites. Now I’ve had to miss a day of work to go personally to speak with terrible management because they ignore emails and work orders.
If I could give zero stars I would. From the website to the property manager, never answering emails or calls to the and previous maintenance, trashy is what it is. The infestation of roaches make you feel absolutely disgusting to have anyone come over. The pool is gross too. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I complained about mold and the ceiling both sinks having water damage and a few months later when I threatened to call TAA they finally fixed it. Ya van dos veces que vivo en estos apartamentos y la verdad siempre eh vivido muy agusto aquí. Nunca eh tenido problemas con los vecinos ni con la administración. El mantenimiento es bueno puedo llamar hoy y arreglan al día siguiente o lo más pronto posible. Esta vez ya voy para 3 años a pesar de que están en remodelación y no tenernos barda no eh pasado por ningún tipo de robo o daño en mi camioneta o la de mi esposo.
