Move here only if you can't find a place elsewhere I have lived here for several years. Oh sure, back then everything was great here, but ever since HUD took over everything has gone downhill (people are abusing the HUD advantage). The good news is that rent is actually not bad and if you need service in your house they are usually prompt about getting things fixed. However, they do not keep up on maintenance all the time around here like they used to, management seems to not be concerned with the issues here (e.g. the laund... read more
only move here if u have to The rent is cheap. There is a problem with the water pipes, the water is turned off at least once a week. sometimes for 24 hours. no one knows what to tell you. they dont keep up the complex. it sucks but rent is cheap
Kingswood Drive The area I lived in was the Kingswood Drive area. Truthfully, most of the people who were on HUD or Section 8 housing were put in this hidden area. I was literally the only one in my apartment area that worked. But I guess because I was a single mother of 3 that they figured I would possibly be on something like that one day. I did not like living in that area and it was not kept up with as the other little areas that were in that whole complex. Complaints on neighbors (drug activity) were not taken seriously... read more
