I lived in southmall apts for 2 years. When I moved in I had some issues with the apt. the carpet was coming up, the kitchen flooring was not secure to the floor, I had dead roaches under my counter, the first bedrooms carpet was not tacked down to the floor, one of the bathroom wall had a fixture missing which left a hole in the wall. I called the office to let them know what I had discovered since I got my keys right at closing time, and they said someone would come and fix these issues.
