BELOW subpar, terrible on communication, only ONE CST team available in Fayetteville,as well as only ONE ACT team. They cover Cumberland,harnett counties, but fail to have more help employed! Supervisors DODGE clients and victim blame. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!
