I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!) I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. They care for their customers as much as they do the animals they help. Fantastic team
Dr. Keeley and his staff have been wonderful to work with, both for regular well visits and end of life care for our pets. We are made to feel welcome and taken care of with compassion. Dr. Keeley takes the extra time to explain multiple courses of action when our pets have been sick, offering holistic options when available. Update 2025: We continue to bring our pets to see Dr. Keeley at Southlane. Him and all of the staff there are excellent and personable. I feel welcome every time I visit.
