This is an absolutely horrible company to deal with. We booked them for continuous trips for our wedding from 1030-130 and the bus driver refused saying that 1230 was the last trip. He had all our guests get on the bus an hour and half before the end of the night. Then when I went to speak with him, he had people get off the bus. Then threatened not to take anyone. Paid for a bus to do continuous trips from 10:30 till 1:30am to bring guests to a hotel from our wedding venue bus driver said 12:30 was the last trip and was extremely rude to all guests when they said there should be one more trip. After showing him the contract till 1:30 he still did not agree. Phoned the supervisor who was entirely useless in the situation. The beginning of the year (school bussing) was hard. From constant turn around with drivers, to drivers not knowing the route, to drivers leaving a full 10 minutes before the bus was meant to come in -25…. It was rough. There have been two notable drivers on our route and these stars go to them.
