This company, Southland Septic came highly recommended by a family member who knows the owner well, so my parents hired him to add news lines connecting to sewer tank in 2019. About a year ago we started having issues. Bad smell coming through sinks,water saturateding yard, toilets backing up, ect. When the young man was installing the owner was not present during most of installation but showed up to help his employer.
