They didn't show or call for two days in a row after saying they would show to pump our septic tank. We called on Friday and they said they would be there Monday. They didn't show or call on Monday so I called them that evening and they said they would get us Tuesday because it was not "cost effective" for them to come to Donaldson. Listen, Southland saved me thousands of dollars. That's the bottom line - but what is more - is that they genuinely care about doing everything to help their customers. And they care about doing a job right because they take pride in their work. I went through a couple of other companies for quotes - and they all wanted the same thing - to replace my entire system and charge me thousands upon thousands of dollars. Cut to Southland. This company, Southland Septic came highly recommended by a family member who knows the owner well, so my parents hired him to add news lines connecting to sewer tank in 2019. About a year ago we started having issues. Bad smell coming through sinks,water saturateding yard, toilets backing up, ect. When the young man was installing the owner was not present during most of installation but showed up to help his employer.
