I honestly didn’t believe all of these reviews but I see now they are the truth. Steven will put you in a home and never take care of any issues. He is a money hungry crook. He will not communicate with you unless it’s involved with money. I lived in a home that was $4500 a month steven told me his maintenance guy was busy and he will get to the items and never did. He doesn’t even care about the owners of the properties There is also a tent that lives near me has about a 8 item punch list steven hasn’t completed

I am not a fan of their management. They do not like to upkeep their properties and completely place everything on the tenant instead of playing an active role in making sure properties are properly maintained and vetted prior to someone moving in and during their stay.
