I called Bill for help with troubleshooting a problem with my Pentair pool heater (got his name from Pentair technical support). My pool heater would start (blower would come on, gas would ignite, heater would start then after approximately 23 seconds the heater would turn off. ) There were no error code(s) in the Pentair display after the failure. Bill was very knowledgeable because he was a certified Pentair tech. He tried replacing my main heater board with a board he carries with him. My heater started and then ran fine.... read more
