Since taking control of Southland Pest Service, Fort Walton Beach, FL, the service is terrible! For some reason, my quarterly pest service for June was "skipped." When I called in August to find out when my next quarterly service was, the lady who answered the phone said September & failed to mention the June "skip." Shady business practices. Had an appointment for annual 5 year Termite treatment. Day of service get a call from some other company Wayne’s pest claims they purchased Southland and are not coming to preform agreed services. Some salesman try to pitch another service..
