Absolutely terrible. We had a follow-up appointment at their Long Beach office on July 24. But when we got there our name was not in their system even though I showed them their appointment card that they had given us at the initial visit. I should have suspected a problem because we didn't get a voice message the day before to remind us of the appointment. Then they told us they tried to call us and left a message.
