I had a very disappointing experience here. After waiting a long time, another customer who came in after me was served right away while I was left waiting. When I finally got service, my nails were left undone and ashy, and on top of that, I was cut near my nail which caused bleeding. Despite the poor service and injury, I still left a tip but it felt like they don’t care about new customers and only prioritize their regulars. It was very unprofessional and careless. MY SISTER GOT DECLINED FOR A WAXING APPOINTMENT JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A LESBIAN?! WHAT KIND OF SALON IS THIS?! HOMOPHOBIC!!! I HOPE THE ONE WHO DECLINED MY SISTER GETS FIRED. I'LL TAKE ACTION FOR THIS AND BRING THIS UP TO THE COURT.
