My only nail shop!! Ive been a loyal customer of Carol's for over 4yrs. Her and the other women are just the sweetest .
Service: 3 (Soak off) Atmosphere: 2 (lots of stares) Overall: 2 I went in to get a soak off which came out to $20 plus tip. I walked in thinking this was a great deal and walked out understanding the price and wishing it had been lowered significantly. My nails were soaking in an acetone bowl for 10-15 minutes. During that time nobody checked on me and I could feel my fingers and nails burning. Finally once my time was deemed over, the acrylic was peeled off and it was SO PAINFUL. I had a great experience at Southland Nails, and I especially want to shout out Carol. She was kind, attentive, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out clean, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I asked for. The salon was calm and welcoming, and Carol made the whole experience feel relaxed and professional.
