Avoid at all costs
Do not be misled by any listing you see for any property that is managed by Southland Management. The property manager was very rude to my husband and me. She made it extremely clear that there are no pets allowed under any circumstances. When my husband politely let her know that online listings say differently, she said that it's not her job to correct those listings and literally started calling the police even though my husband was calm, polite, and literally standing across the room from her. Crooks! Made up sorry excuses on why we would not receive our full deposit back!
Thank you for sending someone out to fix our a/c unit on a Sunday evening.... we called and within 2hrs it's fixed we really appreciate you doing this for us
This lady and her handyman are very uncooperative, tells untrue stories, takes no responsibility for the damages,not ensued by the renter and will still TRY to kick you out! People find somewhere other than here to rent from. They are decent places but the management lacks some soul.
