Worst service in the city of Memphis. Pathetic. All need to be fired from the top to the bottom needs investigated.
These People have THE WORST ATTITUDES EVER!!!! I see why you have a 1 Star Rating! They don’t seem to comprehend! Their patience and attention span is Very short. I really dont know how they’re Still with a job. I just hung up in the lady face, because what you’re NOT going to do, is Talk to me like I’m lacking Knowledge. Some people make simple things so difficult. Please get some better Customer Service.
Extremely unprofessional, I called and literally was on hold for an hour. Someone finally answered just for me to continually get transferred between 2 woman back and forth and then was hung up on after a hour of holding. I was rudely spoken to and I still remained calm and try to get an appointment just to still be hung up on. The unprofessionalism within that place is unreal!
