Great place - I don’t know why Shelby County Health Department hasn’t opened it back up. The whole community of Whitehaven went here. I use to see girls at the store then see them at the clinic. The staff was always busy helping babies and their moms. The health department should be ashamed of themselves !
i been calling almost everyday and i get no answer! they pick up the phone and hang right up ! UNPROFESSIONAL
They just rude. I be on hold for hours, then they pick and hang up the phone. Then I go up there, they tell me I have to call. I told them I did and no one answer they told me to keep trying. Like what???? What’s the point of having to call if no one ever answers?!?!?!
