We purchased our log home through Southland Log Homes, and we are very pleased with it even tho it is not completely finished. We worked with Crystal McLain from day 1 when we began our search. She was so professional and knowledgeable with the company’s models we made our decision very quickly. following our request for a quote she called and reviewed our request and asked questions that allowed the quote to be very detailed and precise. She always responded quickly with answers to all of our questions. We placed our order and based on the communications with our project manager we expect the same moving forward

Stopped in the Gatlinburg showroom for a meeting with Cindy Canales. We are just beginning our research into the log home building process. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to give us some valuable insights into the process of building in the area which was very helpful to us. We are impressed with Southland.
