They care about their customers and potential customers! We came in for a consultation because we were looking to change all of our insurances to one location. We were there for 2 hours, but we discussed health, life, car, renters, boat, and business insurance. They answered every single question we had, and we found out we were being overcharged for several of our insurances. We set up a second appointment and came in and switched our car and renters insurance to them and plan to change over several others through the next ... read more

Susan was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, and it felt nice to talk to an insurance agent who actually listened to our needs. She even helped with insurance that didn't benefit her financially. I'll be switching over all my insurance needs to Southland by the end of the year. Thanks!
