Brody Pennell continues to provide me with excellent service. Today Juan Molina was here first thing servicing my heating unit. Juan was able to complete just as I got in from work. I was given several upkeep options. Juan was a pleasure. Thank you Brody Pennell.
Signed a service contract with company. They never came once in 7 months for preventative maintenance on my units. Not once. They acted as if it was my fault. Asked for an estimate to fix the units they neglected and they never produced it. They didn’t care that they were contractually obligated to care for the units. Jeopardized my units with their negligence. Worst communication I’ve ever come across.
It's good place to work it's union local 105 and it pays good
