I recently rented a unit at Broadsheet Properties, Southlands Blvd SE in Medicine Hat and had a wonderful experience. Bonnie was absolutely fabulous—so accommodating, friendly, and very thorough throughout the whole process. The unit was spotless and completely ready to move into, which made things so much easier during a busy time. Bonnie truly made the entire experience simple, convenient, and stress-free. I really appreciate the care and professionalism she showed. Highly recommend!
The best apartment building to live in. The community is quiet and welcoming, the apartments are in excellent condition, and the hallways and surrounding grounds are maintained in perfect cleanliness. Special thanks to Bonnie, the manager, for her responsiveness and continuous support throughout our entire time living in the apartment.

I have just recently moved into the Southland Green property in Medicine Hat. Bonnie the site Manager is an absolutely amazing person. She assisted me a lot prior to moving in (with my numerous questions) and as well once I was here. Bonnie goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and continues to check on you even after you have moved in. Recently finding ourselves in need of an apartment to rent for the second time since moving to Medicine Hat, we decided without hesitation to head back to Southland Green!
