I have just recently moved into the Southland Green property in Medicine Hat. Bonnie the site Manager is an absolutely amazing person. She assisted me a lot prior to moving in (with my numerous questions) and as well once I was here. Bonnie goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and continues to check on you even after you have moved in. Recently finding ourselves in need of an apartment to rent for the second time since moving to Medicine Hat, we decided without hesitation to head back to Southland Green! Recently moved to Medicine Hat with my husband from South Africa and have been living at Southland Green now for 3 weeks. Move-in process was quick and easy, apartment was so clean and beyond our expectations, we love it. The building is so well kept. Extra value-add having access to a free little in-house gym and common lounge area too. Thank you to Bonnnie for our warm welcome and making our move into this unit so easy. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about management and Bonnie. We love it here. Everything is spotless and the community is great. Amenities are amazing and everything is so clean and new.
