I always go to Ingrid for flowers for special occasions, like daughter’s graduation or friend’s birthday. She quickly understands what I’m looking for and remembers our preferences, such as lilies for my daughter and calla lilies for my friend. Her arrangements are always beautiful, nicely wrapped, and ready quickly. Great quality and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Ingrid!

Amazing customer service and beautiful arrangements. I made a mistake on the pick-up date for a Mother’s Day bouquet, but they were quick to accommodate and were very understanding. The flowers were stunning as well. Definitely will be choosing Southland Floral in the future!

Terrible customer service I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The owners were incredibly rude and unfriendly. They answered my questions impatiently with a very bad tone and had a straight face the entire time. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. 两位女老板态度非常不友好和粗鲁。问她们问题很不耐烦，语气很糟糕，全程面无表情。完全是不愉快且不欢迎人的氛围。这种缺乏对客户基本礼貌和尊重的态度令人震惊
