Terrible customer service I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The owners were incredibly rude and unfriendly. They answered my questions impatiently with a very bad tone and had a straight face the entire time. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. 两位女老板态度非常不友好和粗鲁。问她们问题很不耐烦，语气很糟糕，全程面无表情。完全是不愉快且不欢迎人的氛围。这种缺乏对客户基本礼貌和尊重的态度令人震惊
Ingrid was so helpful and did an amazing job for our wedding bouquet and boutonnière. We had a tiny wedding and only needed bouquet/boutonnière. I told her my budget and suggestions of what I like and preferred. The results were so beautiful and exceeded my expectation. She even delivered it to my place w/o additional cost.
The plants and arrangements seem beautiful in this place and I walk by it often, so I decided to go there to find a small succulent to put in a small ceramic pot as a gift. I asked if the succulent needed to be transferred over, but the person said that I could just put the whole thing that was already in a pot directly inside the larger ceramic pot instead and surrounded it with a few styrofoam pieces and moss.
